Sweet Potato Toast Avocado Sunny-Side Up Egg

Sweet Potato Toast Recipes

19 Sep Sweet Potato Toast Avocado Sunny-Side Up Egg

This trend exploded over the internet when Lisa Bryan posted her recipe for Sweet potato toast as a breakfast of her choice. The thought of replacing the old boring bread toast with sweet potato and specially the posted photos were so inviting that I decided to give it a try.

I must say,  it takes much longer to toast a potato slice but that is not the part I was concerned with. My main concern was the smell of the toasting potatoes. As for the taste, it doesn’t taste like bread, it tastes like sweet potatoes and it is good.

So for me personally, it is not a breakfast toast but a savory for brunch or super.
